By using our Service you understand and agree that we are providing an API to support several types of apps and services, like Instagram services, including a platform for you to post content, including photos, comments and other materials ("User Content"), to the Service and to share User Content publicly. For example, Metadata can describe how, when and by whom a piece of User Content was collected and how that content is formatted. Users can add or may have Metadata added to their User Content, including a hashtag (e.g., to mark keywords when you post a photo), geotag (e.g., to mark your location to a photo), reviews, comments or other data. This makes your User Content more searchable by others and more interactive.
We use the personal information you submit to operate, maintain, and provide to you the features and functionality of the Service. In addition to some of the specific uses of information we describe in this Privacy Policy, we may use information that we receive to :
Following termination or deactivation of your account, Tourism System may retain your profile information and User Content for a commercially reasonable time for backup, archival, or audit purposes. Furthermore, Tourism System may retain and continue to use indefinitely all information (including User Content) contained in your communications to other Users or posted to public or semi-public areas of the Service after termination or deactivation of your Member account. Notwithstanding the foregoing, we will delete your data upon request.
Tourism System reserves the right, but has no obligation, to monitor the User Content posted on the Service. We reserve the right to remove any such information or material for any reason or no reason, including without limitation if in our sole opinion such information or material violates, or may violate, any applicable law or Instagram Terms of Use agreement, or to protect or defend our rights or property or those of any third party. Tourism System also reserves the right to remove information upon the request of any third party.
Tourism System will not rent or sell your personally identifiable information to others without your consent except as noted in this Policy. Tourism System may share your personally identifiable information with third parties for the purpose of providing the Service to you. If we do this, such third parties' use of your information will be bound by this Privacy Policy. We may store personal information in locations outside the direct control of Tourism System (for instance, on servers or databases co-located with hosting providers). We may share User Content and your information (including but not limited to, information from cookies, log files, device identifiers, location data, and usage data) with businesses that are legally part of the same group (Raccourci Interactive Group), or that become part of that group ("Affiliates"). Affiliates may use this information to help provide, understand, and improve the Service (including by providing analytics) and Affiliates' own services (including by providing you with better and more relevant experiences). But these Affiliates will honor the choices you make about who can see your data. We also may share your information as well as information from tools like cookies, log files, and device identifiers and location data, with third-party organizations that help us provide the Service to you ("Service Providers"). If you remove information that you posted to the Service, copies may remain viewable in cached and archived pages of the Service.
If we sell or otherwise transfer Tourism System or our assets to another organization (e.g., in the course of a transaction like a merger, acquisition, bankruptcy, dissolution, liquidation), your information such as name and email address, User Content and any other information collected through the Service may be among the items sold or transferred. You will continue to own your User Content. The buyer or transferee will have to honor the commitments we have made in this Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for maintaining the secrecy of your password and account information, and for controlling access to emails between you and Tourism System, at all times.
Update your account at any time by logging in and changing your settings. Unsubscribe from email communications from us by clicking on the "unsubscribe link" provided in such communications. As noted above, you may not opt out of Service-related communications (e.g., account verification, purchase and billing confirmations and reminders, changes/updates to features of the Service, technical and security notices). We comply from the french law, so you have the right to access and rectify your data, as well as to oppose the use of your data, for legitimate reasons. Please contact-us if you have any request regarding this point.
Protecting the privacy of young children is especially important. The Service and its content are not directed at children under the age of 13, without the authorization of their parents. Tourism System does not knowingly collect or solicit any information from anyone under the age of 13 or knowingly allow such persons to register for the Service. In the event that we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under age 13 without parental consent, we will delete that information as quickly as possible. We are not responsible for the practices employed by any websites or services linked to or from our Service, including the information or content contained within them. Please remember that when you use a link to go from our Service to another website or service, our Privacy Policy does not apply to those third-party websites or services. Your browsing and interaction on any third- party website or service, including those that have a link on our website, are subject to that third party's own rules and policies.
